Registration and Profile
Do I need to register to create a job?
Yes, registration gives you access to creating jobs, viewing responses, and communicating with service providers.
How can I change my profile details?
Log in and click “Edit profile”. You can update your contact details, photos, and more.
Is my job history saved?
Yes, you can view all your jobs in your account dashboard.
Are my jobs visible to all service providers?
Yes, all active service providers can see the job.
Creating and Managing Jobs
How do I create a job?
Fill out a short form: describe what you need, set a preferred deadline, add a budget, and optionally upload photos.
Can I edit or delete a job after publishing?
Yes, at any time. In your dashboard you can edit, cancel, or repost the job.
How many jobs can I post?
With basic access, you can post a few jobs. For more, you’ll need a subscription.
What does a paid client subscription offer?
Your jobs will be highlighted in the list and pinned to the top, attracting more attention from service providers.
Communication and Choosing a Service Provider
How do I choose a service provider?
Review proposals carefully: check the description, timeline, provider profile, and reviews. You can also ask questions in the chat.
Can I contact multiple candidates?
No, you can discuss details only with the selected service provider.
Do I have to choose someone?
No, you can post a job without any obligation to hire someone.
Can others see my messages?
No, the chat is only visible to you and the service provider you are talking to.
Payments and Security
Does the platform handle payments?
No. Payment is made directly between you and the service provider. We do not store payment details.
Is there a quality guarantee?
Choosing a service provider and making agreements is entirely up to you. Review profiles, ratings, and communicate before starting.
What should I do if the service provider doesn’t meet the agreed terms?

Subscription
Is a subscription required?
No, you can use the basic features for free.
What does the client subscription offer?
You get your job highlighted in the list and the ability to pin it to the top — this significantly increases the number of applications.
Can I switch to a different plan later?
Yes, you can change or cancel your subscription at any time through your account.
