User Agreement of the Manitas24 Platform

1. General Provisions
1.1. This Agreement governs the relationship between the Platform user (the “User”) and the Platform operator — EONIX SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, registered at: ul. Hoża, 29, 00-521 Warszawa, Poland.

2. Account Creation
2.1. Registration is required for full use of the service.
2.2. During registration, the User provides accurate and up-to-date information.
2.3. Creating accounts for both clients and professionals is free of charge.

3. Platform Services
3.1. Manitas24 acts as an intermediary between clients and professionals.
3.2. Clients post job requests, and professionals submit proposals with a description, price, and timeframe.
3.3. The Platform is not a party to any agreements and is not responsible for the performance of work or payments.

4. User Obligations
4.1. Comply with the rules of good-faith conduct.
4.2. Not use the Platform to post illegal content or engage in fraudulent activities.
4.3. Not impersonate another person or company.

5. Paid Subscriptions
5.1. Different pricing plans are available for professionals and clients.
5.2. Payments are processed via Stripe.
5.3. Subscription prices are listed excluding VAT (Net).
5.4. Services are considered provided from the moment the subscription is activated. Refunds are only possible in the event of a technical error.

6. User Content
6.1. The User has the right to post job requests, proposals, reviews, and attach photos and documents.
6.2. The User guarantees that they have the right to post such content.
6.3. It is prohibited to publish offensive, false, fraudulent, or illegal content.

7. Processing of Personal Data
7.1. User data is stored and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. Moderation and Account Suspension
8.1. The Platform has the right to suspend access to an account in the event of:
- violation of the terms of the Agreement;
- receiving justified complaints;
- suspected fraud.
9. Disclaimer of Liability
9.1. The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the service.
9.2. The Platform does not control and is not responsible for users’ actions outside the Platform.
