1.1. The Manitas24 platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”) provides users with access to an online service for finding professionals and job requests.
1.2. The Platform is operated by EONIX Sp. z o.o., a company registered in Poland.
1.3. These Terms of Use govern the rules for accessing the Platform, creating accounts, posting job requests, submitting proposals, and user interactions.

2. Registration and Account
2.1. To use the Platform, it is necessary to register an account.
2.2. Registration is free and available to both clients and professionals.
2.3. The user undertakes to provide accurate information during registration.
2.4. The Administration reserves the right to verify, suspend, or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Service Overview
3.1. Clients can post job requests, and professionals can submit their proposals.
3.2. The Platform acts solely as an intermediary between the parties and is not a party to any agreements between the client and the professional.
3.3. The Platform does not guarantee the outcome of any collaboration, does not take part in negotiations, and does not interfere in the financial or legal relations between users.

4. Paid Features
4.1. The main features are available free of charge.
4.2. To access extended features, paid subscriptions are available:

- For professionals: an increased proposal limit (for the Premium plan), and hiding proposals from competitors (for the Platinum plan).
- For clients: an increased proposal limit (for the Agency plan), highlighting tasks with color and pinning them to the top of the list (for the Business plan).
4.4. The Administration does not refund payments for already purchased subscriptions, except in cases of a technical error or service unavailability caused by the Platform.
5. User Content
5.1. Users are allowed to publish job descriptions, add photos, attach documents, and leave reviews.

6.1. To increase trust in users, identity verification may be applied.
